Three patents applied for

With the decision to manufacture the cells in Austria, we examined the manufacturing process and initiated improvements. We fundamentally redeveloped and improved the technology. We were able to file three patent applications with this advancement in technology. Our know-how secures a competitive advantage for us.

Each of the machines was developed especially for us

Regarding machinery there is no existing standard system available for the cell production. Each of the machines was developed specifically for saltwater cell production and designed for our purposes. The machinery will be commissioned in the second quarter of 2021. This will allow cell production Made in Austria to start in the summer.

Demand and order situation

In the first quarter of 2021, we achieved a strong increase in results compared with the same period of the previous year. Sales doubled. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) even quadrupled.
